Your username is the set number (ID), which you will provide during the acquaintance.
Your password is the same as the one you entered when logging in.
I don't think it has anything to do with becoming a new worker. I assume you typed the wrong company number or the passwords didn't match. Otherwise, you can try in a few days or go to the store to change your password in the system by changing your OCT card. You can always call the store and ask about opening hours. It helps!

If you are a new partner and the site does not accept your communication ID / password, please try entering your ID as a password.
I don't know what caused it, but I've seen it a few times. After a day or two, the system will be updated and you will be able to log in normally with your normal password.
