These include broccoli (lane), kale (also called cancong), basil, arugula (arugula) and amaranth. They seem to have a good deal of nutrition, but so far I haven't seen it on any bearded dragon's website as bear food. Can anyone tell me if they are as good as the basic vegetables in the bearded dragon? Are they full of oxalate or goiter?
updateI know bears are omnivores, but they are part of the plant that I need help with. Does anyone know about the oxalate / goiter level of these foods? Thanks to Theo and Kenny for their help so far :)
