My chi modeler stopped working. The red light doesn't come on and I've tried many different shots. The straightener doesn't rearrange the plugin part, so I don't know what to do. Ping is not broken because I don't want to buy a new one so it would be great if someone could help me!

Plug it in and turn it on. Play a little with the wire (I did) and see if the red light comes on. Try to bend (not too hard) and twist where the cord and iron meet. This means that your straightener is no longer working properly, but sometimes you can pull the strand in a certain way while straightening your hair.
