Spencer's gifts usually come in relatively inexpensive packages. It comes in four colors (colors do not match when turned on, they all look the same). This will happen in every new store.
Remember that the more expensive it is, the more you need to light it because chemicals are not as strong as the more expensive products.

I succeeded with the neon paint I bought from the hardware store. I used it to paint a light piece of wardrobe I was working on. It looks great and they don't cost much, even though they don't make sets.
