I recently measured my ears with a double Z. I use the cone for a few days and then turn it off. I was very restless when I slept on it and I saw that part of my ear was in the small piece where the rubber had penetrated. . So I pulled it out instead of squeezing it and making it worse. So my question is if I leave it for a day or two (enough to fix my ears), will I still be able to insert a double Z, or if not, how big is it? ?

Up to 00 grams of you. So it will not go back to normal in ht. I recommend taking a smaller size (0g) and slowing it down as it shrinks during calibration but vice versa.
If you forget about it and just pull it out, chances are it will return to its original size. 0 grams I think trying to pull too fast is bleeding. Going from 0g to 00g is a leap from g!
