So I have a non-cut page of 29 cents Elvis stamps, that is 40 uncut stamps, on one side of the page it says 1992, below it Elvis bid etc. Etc.
New, never used, packaged in an envelope. In an airtight safe.
I think a lot of people will ask you to consult a catalog, I'll do it once I know what to look for. But I would be very grateful if you could guess me.

Your Elvis post sheet is nominal, nothing more, and is unlikely to grow anytime soon.
From 1968 to 1990, I collected American stamps. I gave up because I realized that modern American posting is a bad investment. If you look at any post, you will see that almost all US posts contain questions. Since 1960, it has been available at a price. In the case of Elvis Stamps, literally millions of dollars were made with the idea that people like you would buy them as a deposit (and make instant profits for USPS).
If you sell to a retailer, you will get 80-90% off the price. That's right- most merchants don't even pay a dime. A large number of traders sell them at a price.
Sorry, I don't have any good news for you.
PS: I still collect stamps, but only Mexican and only a new edition Mexico usually prints only ,000 200,000 300,000 per stamp, and many of these stamps are used as stamps. Also, Mexican history has become a child for me.

Use them in your email. If we could use them all, the few that were left would be useless for decades to come.

A courier offers 30 cents per dollar on stamps and coin purses. At first I thought he was joking. You can put it in an envelope and it costs 1. The post office accepts cash stamps (but not to buy other stamps) ... but they do not sell more than postage and parcels. Box.
Some members of the SW community offer 70 cents cash for every dollar of postage at a fee value.
