I need to know which anime is best to watch, I am watching an anime on Netflix called psycp and it is in English with English subtitles.

Subtitles are usually for the deaf, so they type things like change the sound (knock on the door), for example. While subtitles are just words with sounds. I watch a lot of anime and I'm a psychologist, no, I usually prefer subtitles. I think it helps.
