General Packet Radio Service or 2.5G is the underlying mechanism for networks to provide internet browsing, WAP, email and other similar content. The user is always connected and most modern telephones can achieve relatively high data rates compared to a dial-up modem. Most phones use GPRS by default (if possible) and Incentivized can develop services using this delivery mechanism.
