Hey Yourself
Hey you? 3
I am reading english
What do you mean by yourself?
Is it uncomfortable to use?
Sounds like a ■■■■ answer when someone greets you, but I guess I was wrong ... right?
Thank you very much
No, it's a weird way to be nice and say hello to you too. But this is partly a misuse of the word hey instead of hello (see below).
Someone said: Hey!
The second answer, hey you!
It means greetings to you or greetings to you.
If you want to use that kind of word, it can mean Hey to you, because Hey is a bit complicated and difficult.
I think it's better to say hello. I doubt people shake hands.
Hey you
Hey Yourself
Hey Yourself
Some people, especially the older generation, find it rude to say hello to someone. Often they greet each other because they do not really appreciate the greeting. If someone gives such an answer, it is usually because they want another word like or hello.
After reading Loreleis' answer, I must say that the younger generation is more friendly than each other. However, the seat is used for the first time, not everyone thinks it is great, just more disrespectful.
This phrase may sound strange if used in a tone of voice, but it is usually just an informal greeting. For example, I, hello you, my friend, hello you. It's a bit like hello / hello. Very familiar and familiar, I will not tell strangers nor use them in formal situations.
Yes you are right. Used in friends Hey you hey you're just a friendly joke.
But when used between enemies, it means exactly what you would think of as Go F ** K Yourself.
That's just what people say. It's not about you, it's like someone comes up to you and says, hey! So you answer hey you! This is just an interesting comment from Alec!
Hey, there's another answer to hey ... I've spoken English all my life and I've used the term many times ... believe me, this is another way to answer hey. When you're happy, romantic, or emotional, it's not just a "hey" answer. Am i clean ok dokey ckey means (sorry i'm an idiot ... i know!)
Hey Yourself
Hey Yourself
Never used or heard of Hey Yourself.
So I don't really know who you're talking about, but ... are you using the wrong words?
Hey self use when someone is angry.
