Can we extract teeth from the root many times? 3
I had a root on this tooth many years ago. So I came back last year. In the last 3 months I have had two abscesses which were cured by antibiotics. Can this tooth be treated and if so, what is the success rate? I know there is an app called api, but I don't think I want it.
If the tooth does not heal later, it is likely that no one else will help. The next step is apiectomy. Basically, they move the gums backwards, grind the tip of the root slightly so that they can pull the root tip, and then close the root C with a substance called MTA from below. Its success rate is relatively high, but it can also be a failure. The reason they work is that C-root failures are usually caused by incomplete C-root cleaning. This may be because the central C is usually divided into several smaller segments at the root tip. Apico cut off the top of the root and all these small accessories so that it might get better. Another option is to have your teeth extracted and have a dental implant removed as soon as you recover.
You did not mention endodontist. After seeing your regular dentist, it may be time to see a specialist. They have microscopic intentions and can sometimes find previously forgotten CS accessories.
Again, the return only really needs to be done once. If that doesn't work, it's probably never going to work out. Unfortunately, you tend to lose your teeth.
