My ugg was getting wet so I let it dry. Today they were dry, but they were hard and rough. Is there a way to fix this without doing it?

Once out, take a hard brush, such as a nail brush, and rub / brush the chamomile until it is matte. If the sheepskin inside is too tight, you can try it. You can also change the models it sells. Using them will flatten them out, but they will probably never be the same again. I treat myself with a suede repellent spray every few weeks, but it only prevents spraying and mild water damage. They weren't meant to be rain boots!

Accidentally water fell on my Uggs and left crease marks. Please do not use them in the rain, otherwise they will spoil. Also use ugg spray.

You should be upside down, maybe you should try UGG cleaner.
In general, you can contact the store where you purchased it and they will guide you through everything you need or can do. Next time, they need to be waterproof. When I got it I waterproofed it twice and there was no problem.
