Why can't I know why my pcanywhere is not working properly? 3

Installed on 2 Maes on the same network. A network that includes only the wireless router that gives us our IP address. I have installed PC Gateway as it should ensure that my PC can be behind the router. And it didn't work. I do not understand what is wrong and I have tried many things. I have tried to use port forwarding on my router and configure static IP addresses for my computers and they are configured not to get addresses automatically.

I know my external IP address, I remember because I entered it 400 times this week. This address never changes. Suppose I have a static IP from my ISP? Your opton line cable, if it matters.
