Hi, I'm from Australia and I've just applied for a university degree in the United States. I also received this letter today. I immediately realized that it was fake, even the letter, and it all seemed very professional. I checked the site and it looks great and it also looks good, real. I don't know yet, it only costs $ 60 and they advertise a fee waiver. So if this is a scam, then it is very well done.

But I have checked the answers and the general consensus is that it is a scam.
