What is the basis of OTPHJ (Over the Paints)? 3

I discussed this with my friend, and what is the basis of OTPHJ? I mean, it's not a direct contact with the skin. That is why I say that it falls into the category of senses. Similarly, when you feel it compared to a shirt, it still looks great. (I think.)

If it's in your pants and boxers, then yes. He could have told them if it wasn't for physical contact (as soon as possible), but I wouldn't say. I'll just feel it.
