I really want to create my own Togetic in Togekiss. Also, I know there are 2 options.

The first thing you can find is on Iron Island. After helping the rally, take the elevator and take a different exit. Shining rocks may be scattered around before you leave.

The next stop is on Route 228. I think this is after you get National Dax, and I think you will need rock climbing or some other HM train to get it. I don't remember well, so I could be wrong.

You'll find one near Iron Island Exit and another on Route 228 (if you're really on the way, you'll find Pokemon Level 50 or higher with pick-up capacity after a while).

Make sure you have both, you can use one in Togetic and the other will convert Roselia to Roserade.

First go north of the gym, then straight to the cave. Go there now and find Da Stone. 'Jack
