Pork Smells Like Fish - How To Discuss

Pork Smells Like Fish

If you cook pork it smells like fish ... why? This is a fresh pork that is cooked as soon as you buy it. Keep reading ...? 3

This question was asked differently by other people. But I haven't read a single answer that seems to explain the real reason.

So I'm going to delete some things first. Before answering, read:

This has happened many times in the last two months.

Pork was bought from different roasts in different stores and comes from different sources.

This is fresh pork, not frozen. This is the expiration date. Put in the best refrigerator for a few days and cook like a roast

The meat is clean and fresh. It doesn't stink for cooking.

It does not taste bad after cooking.

It only happens during cooking.

It is cooked in two different ovens. Both ovens are very clean.

So ... you can get rid of old and bad meat and meat from bad sources.

I know that when you give a pig an apple, it tastes like an apple.

I also know that when you play with dietary supplements or, at worst, with genes, there can be side effects that you least expect.

I read it and it seems like a lot is happening. I'd like your opinion on one or more of the following possible reasons:

1 which is given to the pig.

Nothing more was done with the 2 pigs.

What do you think

One of the butcher's parents believes that this may be because the meat comes from an old, unaware pig and is caused by a ■■■■■■ that produces pigs naturally.

The meat is usually lighter than ordinary pork and has a strong odor that many people do not like. There are two different mothers, including skatoles, that you can imagine smelling like pigs, but different people may react differently to the same smell.

I don't think selling them is a legal requirement, but it's not uncommon to find them in the United States. If this happens too often, the customer will eventually stop shopping at the store. I've heard of one or more Walmarts being blamed, which is probably a good thing.

If you buy from a small local butcher, no problem. After all, the best meat usually comes from them.
