4 week old dog?

I have a 4 week old Mastiff puppy that I saved. It's been 4 weeks today. Playing, working out, etc. The only thing is, I've been affecting it occasionally for the last few days, and it's not getting too hot inside me. This is between 7274 degrees. Are you breathing fast and is it normal sometimes? Also another question, what are the signs and symptoms of heart worm disease? The doctor gave him pesticides, but I doubt he would get rid of the worms if he could get an infection at such a young age. Yes I know everyone will ask you to take him to the doctor, he has to see you in 3 days. Thanks for all your help and effort!

I got this question because I posted the same question a few weeks ago ... (My dog has been tough for 9 weeks). Just three weeks later he went to the doctor and is happy and healthy. The doctor will confirm all this ... but everything should work. :)
