Retainer Doesn T Fit Anymore

So I use my patience every day except a week ago, I had to stop after the surgery, but I still saw that my low patience was in place. One side comes out a little and the other fits perfectly. My top retainer also fits perfectly. I want to know if my teeth can move, even using a retainer. The last time I was there, the place mentioned wisdom teeth and migration. I'm afraid to go on a date tomorrow because I'm afraid they'll think I'm not wearing it.
