You can reserve this type of game and stay on the east coast. Our Midway launch party was about 5 hours before the opposite shore. I received my copy 3 hours ago (3:02 am EST). It will be two minutes past midnight on the first day. Anyway, I just called Bethesda and she said the content should be available by now. They are waiting for all the states to be out of the game, I have not tested my code because I need sleep and I can wake up all the time. Great gameplay, hate something weird (multiple ammo?) But very impressive. If you do not already have one, I recommend buying one.
