A friend sent me a package from the US via UPS but he doesn't have a tracking number. He sent me a receipt (see attachment) and I wanted to know if there was a way forward (I read that there is a way).

I've tried to track every receipt number by looking at the UPS page, but I'm not sure I'm fixing it.

Can anyone help? Thank you very much

This is an international shipment. He told me that the shipment does not have a tracking number because the tracking number costs more than the package itself (with a tracking number, the price is $ 145).

I contacted the Swiss Post directly and they gave me the following information:

This package is sent by official post or air mail. This is the cheapest delivery method and does not track what counts as free mail. Airmail often takes a long time, sometimes a month or more, as US Post uses a different carrier.
