I grew up in East London and what I know is called Rock Paper Caesars, Ji Chang W.
Does anyone know why?
The term Ji Chang W is used in East London. Ji ChangW doesn't intend to (some call it GCNGW). It was called magic years ago. It could be that there was a large community there that they could call their own.
The word also applies to Orissa, which comes from both Dish and Roman. The literal meaning of these three words is basically a tribute to the people of Lily Cayman.
