It depends on the subject. Most of the items come from your sales department or Walmart trailers that you see everywhere. Some items are simply repackaged in warehouses every 13 weeks and most are shipped via Walmart. Some items come directly from the manufacturer through third party (UPS, Fed Ex etc.) and whenever they get there. I worked for Walmart for many years. A few years ago, the goal was to keep stock losses as low as possible. I'm sure they're still fighting for it today, but it didn't feel that way when I was in the store. I know they shrink a lot, which affects the quality of storage. Anyway, this is probably more than you want to know, but I think it answers your question.
