What happened to Lord Elrond’s sons?
The children of Elrond are given a choice: follow him across the Sea, or remain in Middle-earth as mortals. Arwen makes the “choice of Luthien”, and gives her place to Frodo. But the prologue to LotR says that the sons of Elrond stayed in Rivendell, and Grandpa Celeborn joined them for a time.
What happened to Elladan and Elrohir?
