No, it's not about filing your income tax return or reporting your income correctly. Also, there is no law that requires you to register with your employer. It has legal issues, it depends on how you work and all that, but you don't.
It doesn't really help you, you don't pay any social security fees.

They certainly do not contribute to the unemployment system for you, if you are fired you will not be able to get unemployment benefits because you are not in the system.
This means that workers and employers avoid the taxes they are legally obligated to pay.
You and your employer will be arrested. This is an injustice to us, other hard working taxpayers. Do you think you are going to pay for things like police and government? Tax free office. This is a bad thing. You shouldn't do that, it's worse than talking to someone.
That's the decent thing to do, and it should end there.
